The two towers
The first tower grows out of the banyan: roots, trunks and a canopy. The second answers it with water. Both share the same wellness engineering and the same amenities floor.

The first EYWA tower rises above the largest lagoon of the Dubai Water Canal: open round columns and intertwining branches personify the banyan, the tree of life. Fifty-two homes share an amenities floor built around longevity, a crystal pyramid inside the structure and the first EMF-protected residential envelope in the world.
65 waterfront residences including 3 duplexes and a penthouse
The second tower answers the first: water instead of roots. OAD in Riga and lead design consultants John R Harris & Partners in Dubai stacked only 65 residences above the Dubai Water Canal — two- and three-bedroom homes across the first thirteen floors, four-bedroom Sky Collection residences with access to the Tulkun Lounge above them, three duplexes spanning levels 20–21, and a five-bedroom penthouse of 22,972 sq ft on levels 22–23 with its own 25-metre infinity pool. Every residence opens off a private lobby with direct lift access, is fully finished in non-toxic materials and carries integrated electromagnetic-field protection; the amenity floor runs to 1,732 sq m over two levels.
